KemisKOL FASTENERS

They are classified as anaerobic adhesives, used to prevent the disassembly of various surface components with smaller gaps (bushes, bearings…) which are exposed to mechanical loads.

Anaerobic adhesives harden when isolated from oxygen and in the presence of metal ions. KemisKOL FASTENERS differ in purpose, type of disassembly, temperature ranges.

They are also useful in constructing and bonding cylindrical machine parts transmitting forces in circular motion (shafts with gears and pulleys, clutch parts, sliding and rolling bearings, various bushings in axles, shafts and in various housings).

Advantages:

  • simple application (due to the possibility of assembly with clearances, other tools are not required);
  • the fit of the components can be loose (tightness of fit and precise processing with a narrow tolerance field are not required), as it is possible to fill gaps up to 0.2 mm;
  • since there is no internal stress there are no deformations;
  • reduced slipping possibility (or non-existent; with liquid fasteners that fill all unevenness, we achieve 100% load-bearing capacity);
  • corrosion protection of the joint;
  • disassembly is possible by heating (and reassembly).
